The delivery time of the order is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: Order verification, product quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the distribution center for dispatch within 2-3 days of ordering.
2. Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our distribution center to your address. International delivery usually takes between 6 to 18 days. However it can be longer and go up to 25 days for some countries such as: Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, and Norway.

Order cancellation policy:
We pride ourselves on our ability to be able to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site.
Most orders are processed within 12/24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, email us at [email protected] asap.
A large majority of items in stock are processed and / or dispatched within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and / or dispatched. .
No request for cancellation of your order will be taken into account if it has already been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses …).
In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not systematically.

How to return your product:
1. Send an email to our customer support to notify them of the return.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging with the item labels. (the product must be in perfect condition)
3. Attach the return form with the product in the package and ship it to the address specified by customer service.
Note: If the product is fragile, we advise you to protect it in order to avoid any breakage or damage during transport.
