How long does it take to process my order before shipping?

When we receive your order, it will be processed within 1 to 3 working days before it is dispatched. The processing time depends on the volume of orders we have to process.

 

What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for France, the United States, UK, and the rest of the world is estimated between 8 and 18 working days, with an average delivery time of 11 working days.

 

I placed an order more than 2 days ago and still have not received a shipment notification for my order. Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. The processing time for your order is 1 to 3 working days. When it is ready to be shipped, we will notify you by e-mail.

 

I placed an order, my payment has been validated, but I have not received an order confirmation email.

If you have placed an order and your payment has been validated, your order is automatically registered in our system and it will be processed. Even though e-mails are sent automatically without problems the majority of the time, there are exceptional cases where the e-mail service has a temporary problem and we apologize for this.

Whatever happens, you can contact us by email to [email protected] to make sure your order is being processed.

 

Where is my order ?

If you have just placed your order, it will be processed within 1-3 days.

After processing your order will be shipped to your delivery address. You will receive an email informing you of its shipment with the tracking number of your package. You can track it by clicking on the “Track” box in your email or by logging into your account on our website babyslane.com

 

How to track my order ?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click on the “Tracking” box to access the tracking information for your order.

In addition, you can consult the status of the delivery of your order directly on your personal account on our site. All you have to do is log in, go to “my orders” section, choose the current order and click on “Track”.

 

I received my tracking number but there is no information.

If you have just received your tracking number, please wait 24 hours for the tracking information for your package to appear.

I still have not received my order.

If your order has still not been delivered within 21 business days of shipment, please contact us by email [email protected] or by using our contact form so that we can verify its status and where it is going and if there is a problem with its delivery. We will keep you informed of its condition as soon as possible.

I received a damaged product in my order, what should I do?

If you have received your damaged item, please take pictures of the broken product(s) and send it to us by sending us a message through our contact email [email protected]  and explain us the problem. We will reply your message as soon as possible.

 

I received the wrong item in my order (color, model or size different from the product ordered) what should I do?

If the item you received does not match the one that you ordered, simply take a photo of the wrong item(s) and send it to us using our contact email [email protected]. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll ship the right product to you for free as soon as possible. You can keep the other wrong item.

 

I want to return my order, what should I do?

If you would like to return a product or your order, please contact us using our contact email [email protected] and fill the Exchange/Return form.

We will tell you the procedure to follow in order to return your item (s) and then we will refund you when we have received the products as mentioned in our refund policy.
